Unexpected 52 sqm apartment with one bedroom. Two level apartment over looking an inside courtyard. Absolute calm. The apartment does not much light from outside. Great location. The apartment consists of:





- An entrance hall well decorated.





- Separate toilet after a few steps up.





- A kitchen open onto the living area, equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, of kettle, toaster, dishes accordingly and kitchenware. Rear Window.





- A dining area with a table and 4 chairs in the living space.





- A living room with a sofa bed for two adults, a coffee table, a carpet, a HD TV, a DVD player, Ipod speaker, an internet connection. Window into the courtyard.





Lower floor:





- A bathroom with shower Italian sink, hairdryer.





- A laundry room with washer and dryer.





- A bedroom with a bed of 160 X 200cm, bedside tables, desk and chair. Large dressing room. Room with a entresol window, quiet.





The linen is provided. Electric heater. Iron and ironing board.





 





The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.

I would recommend this location! Our family of 4 (including 2 children) stayed here and there was lots of room for us. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. There are multiple flights of stairs within the apartment (one to get to the bathroom) that would be hard on older people or young children though. But it was fine, the kids thought the stairs were fun. It is a very quiet location, which we appreciated at night! Nice, spacious kitchen, you can cook meals there and have lots of room for food in the fridge. The washing machine and drier were nice to have. It’s in a good location that is central to a lot of places and within walking distance to a metro stop. It’s an older apartment, so a few things could be updated and look newer. But overall, it’s a good spot. Also, check-in was exceptional! Romaine was nice, courteous, and on-time. He met us outside and went over everything in the apartment and how to use things, gave us a bag with soap, dish detergent, etc. We had trouble figuring out the door later on our first day, and I messaged him and he came immediately to help us. He was a great part of this apartment.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the action and the photos and description of amenities were accurate. Unfortunately, there were numerous maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. There were various issues that we encountered while staying there. The basement was very musty, we could even continue to smell it on our clothes after returning home. This apartment would benefit greatly from a dehumidifier. The laundry machines had some issues. On the first day, both the washer and dryer stopped working. The next day they were working once more, but the dryer had a hard time actually getting our clothes dry. It would get really hot, but not dry. Additionally, the dryer kept shutting off after a few minutes, not running until the end of the cycle time. We ended up using the drying rack, which only added to the humidity and musty smell. The shower had a hard time draining. We had to cycle on and off the water to avoid it overflowing onto the floor. The front door lock was extra complicated and difficult to operate from both the outside and inside. The heater in the bedroom would come on in the middle of the night, and we would wake up roasting. We ultimately figured out how to adjust the temperature and timing for 24 hours, so we had to keep adjusting it each day. The bathroom faucet upstairs was loose to the point of being a challenge to turn on and off. With a small amount of work, this could be a really nice place, albeit with a quirky layout.

This property was in a good location. Close to the metro, restaurants, and shopping. The building was relatively quiet. The apartment fit the needs of my family of four and had everything we needed. Full kitchen did not have an oven though, which was a surprise but we managed fine. The apartment was clean but a little worn. There was excellent communication for check in, especially given we missed our flight and were late by a day. The owner was very responsive to messages and polite. Would stay here again.

호스트 굉장히 친절하고 숙소 체크인 때 연락 잘되어서 기다림없이 체크인 빨리 했습니다! 숙소는 파리 숙소치고 굉장이 넓은편에 속했고 소파베드, 더블베드 침구류도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 전체적인 인테리어도 심플하지만 분위기 있었고 주방, 화장실 빠지는곳 없이 관리가 잘 되고 있는 숙소였어요. 위치도 퐁피두센터, 지하철역 도보 2분거리, 스투시 30초 거리로 안전하고 마레지구 쇼핑하기 너무 좋았습니다. 노트르담, 바스티유 시장도 도보 20분이나 구경하면서 걸으니 금방이었어요! 다만 건물 내부가 공사중이어서 아침에 공사 소음 및 창문을 열 수 없었단 게 단점이었어요. 파리 다시 가게 되면 또 묵고싶습니다:)

Romain, le gestionnaire de la propriété a été excellent. L’appartement est très bien situé, au calme et proche du marais. Plein de restaurants et magasins autour. Et proche du metro. Dommage que le check-in doivent se faire en présentiel à une heure précise, cela complique les choses quand on arrive par avion ou par train. Un point noir, l’appartement est très humide dans la chambre du bas, l’odeur n’est pas très agréable et les electro-ménagers sont vétustes. Mais globalement, une bonne expérience.

Excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was stocked so we could prepare meals. There are grocery stores nearby. If you are not good with stairs, this is not for you. The stairs are steep and curve. We had no difficulty but it is not for everyone. The bed was comfortable.

The apartment looked just like the photos. The location could not have been any better! It is a little tired but worth every penny. Please do watch the steps as they are very short and steep. I will rent this apartment again and again.

Great Location

The location is great. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to Notre Dame and about a 5 minute walk to the Hotel de Ville metro station. The neighborhood is very pedestrian friendly and everything you need is within a few hundred yards. The property itself could use some care, like a coat of paint in the courtyard, and there was some mold in the shower. The bathroom layout was odd - the toilet in one and the shower in the other. It could be a little noisy as several apartments face the central courtyard so a couple nights we had loud neighbors (and maybe we were the loud neighbors some nights). The apartment is spacious compared to some others we saw in Paris.
