Excellent location

3 colleagues attending a conference at Maison de la Mutualité. The flat was an easy walk to the meetings and in a beautiful location. We felt very much at home and loved exploring Le Marais.

Wonderful Spot.

We enjoyed this location. It was safe with great restaurants and bars close by. Metro was conveniently located as well. It was easy to handle a late check-in. The staff has communicated well when needed.

Réservation gérée par Urban Flat in Paris. Nous avons été informés la veille de notre séjour d’un changement d’hébergement. Ceci par un simple mail. En arrivant devant l’immeuble à 16h je n’avais toujours pas reçu les codes d’accès à l’appartement. Une fois les codes obtenus, nous constatons que la clé ne se trouve pas dans la boîte à clés… Nous attendons une heure devant l’immeuble, avant de voir arriver un employé avec la clé. Le ménage de l’appartement n’était pas fait, nous avons dû attendre 2 heures supplémentaires avant d’intégrer les lieux. Propreté très moyenne, le frigidaire n’était pas vidé et sale, serviette usagée laissée dans une chambre. L’une des deux cabines douche n’est pas étanche. Nous avons donc accéder à l’appartement loué avec 4 h de retard. Je demande un geste commercial. Je réserve depuis des années par Abritel, c’est la première fois que je rencontre un tel problème.
