“Great place. House was very clean. Snowstorm came during our visit. House could use a new snow shovel and salt for the ice that came from the storm. On/off dial for lighting the fireplace should be replaced due to bad spring, we found a way to get it on. First floor of the house was very cold at the floor, especially the bathroom. Vents sending out cold air(most likely due to outside conditions). Overall great place to get away. ”

“Everything’s was wonderful about our trip. The property was so welcoming and pleasant to work with. Our room was amazing, especially how they made the bed and place candy on it. The room was wonderfully clean. Breakfast was great and the service was awesome. The snacks and the drink in the kitchen was the best idea a bed and breakfast could offer. We met and chatted with a lot of the guests over snacks. The only thing that was off about our trip was the hot tub. It just wasn’t hot enough. We……

“We did not use the onsite laundry but it would be very convenient if needed. The outside area by the river has a beautiful fire table and Adirondack chairs. We loved sitting there in the evening listening to the river and watching the fire. ”

“Excellent hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Clean hallways. Perfect location. Definitely recommended and will stay there during our next visit to Pigeon Forge.”

“We loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. It’s off the busy road, looks newer, it was super clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was convenient. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping came around every am to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!”

“This resort was perfect for our family. I loved the spacious rooms with a full kitchen, fire place and a beautiful view. It was fun for the kiddos with options of pools, playgrounds and jump pillow. We had a blast staying here. ”

“The room was very clean, the staff was friendly. It was a very family and pet friendly hotel. We took our yorkie and they have a fenced in area to take them to the bathroom. ”

“Room was huge and pretty clean but we still found some trash under the end tables and some stains on the sheets. The sheets were clean but had some stains that looked like makeup or maybe food. Other than that the rooftop bar was amazing and the rest of the hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing. Lots of parking and close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet. ”
