「飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。」

「The shower was not functional due to the rain shower head. The accommodation I.e. coffee, and breakfast's, were lacking.」

「The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were amazing. One issue is with the rooftop restaurant, they play load music that comes through the ceiling of the hotel rooms. I was on the 5th floor. No pool was a bummer. And of course no parking is quite unusual. The food at the restaurants were amazing and Tracy was such a pleasure to talk to while dining. And the views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. Perfect location for the convention center, easy walk. 」

「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「The San Carlos hotel has this classy vintage vibe to it and the location is close to everything that in Downtown. Only negative was the parking situation but no big deal. Will stay again. 」

「great price - super cute rooms with nice toiletries and room design and appliances. Modern and comfortable. Clean! We were there on a night when the bar was closed so I am not sure how noisy that can get. With the heat, could be nice if there was a pool instead of a bar but I am sure the bar is fun too!」

「This place in Phoenix needs a new pastry chef. We had desserts a couple of times, and they were not good. If you put a pastry disk on top of a pudding, you should be able to put your fork through it. If you get a pastry disk with canned peaches on it, it should be fresh. Introduce better desserts with a new pastry chef. 」
