「Great place to stay. Could not have asked for a better location. Park and shoreline trail right across the street. Easy 15 minute walk to the aquarium. Plenty of onstreet parking spaces (though we were only there mid-week). Host was friendly and helpful. 」

「Banyan really is in the perfect spot. It is an upscale, well stocked condo. While it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet and comfortable. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and a market across the street. We plan to come back soon!」

It was perfect for what we needed. The only disappointing part was the neglect that the condo clearly has suffered. I was not shocked to see that it was listed for sale. 「After driving from Iowa seeing the dunes colony was amazing as it felt we were in the country, it was very nice to be away from the hustle and bustle! Walking into the home the first thing your eyes go towards is the view from the windows! Even though we traveled out and about, it was great to come back to this home and be able to walk the beach. 」
