“I was smitten by this charming and cozy apartment. Located only a two minute walk from the beach Plage du Midi, it is perfectly located for a quiet and bucolic stay in Cannes. All the amenities were available for our family of 3 to have a wonderful 9-day stay, I would highly recommend this property for a family wanting to enjoy and feel like they are "living" in Cannes.”

“Yann and Eva have us easy instructions to get inside the property and parking was easy and secure. Both of these were important to us as we travelled with a large car. The flat itself was even more spacious and well presented than we imagined, and the location was perfect , just a three minute walk to the beach or ten minute walk to the main tourist area . The price was one of the best in Antibes that accommodated our family. If we are lucky enough ever to come to Antibes again we would……

“Good for young party goers ONLY. Above an extremely loud restaurant for 300 people with loud music, techno DJ, live performers, inebriated guests until 2 am. Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed.”

“Die Apartment war gut und die Betreuung durch das nahe Hotel hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben muss man aber die Abends SEHR laute Geräuschkulisse durch die Restaurants, wie schon jemand in einer vorherigen Bewertung erwähnt hat. Es ist wirklich bis etwa 2:00 Uhr Nachts laut. Damit muss man klarkommen. Fairerweise muss man aber sagen, dass es überall im Zentrum Abends sehr laut ist. Wenn das stört, sollte man lieber etwas außerhalb suchen. Alles ist in fußläufiger Reichweite, die Strände……

Hôtel Excelsior by HappyCulture

Hôtel Excelsior by HappyCulture

10/10 优秀
"This is one of the closest hotel next to the train station. Good for if you have trips around south of France and Nice is your base. The toilet is very new. My assigned room has a red interior, I’m neutral to this style. Overall the hotel is clean and quite new. Air con is very good!!"
