"The outside terrace was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful . Mario deserves extra credit for his hospitality and going out of his way to help us with directions and our breakfast offering. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and although the drop coffee ran out Mario kindly made us a couple of cappuccinos. Our only issue was noise from pipes and upstairs that sounded like someone was pressure washing. We were notified at the front deal that it was an issue with tenants in the building. "

"Great location — close to public transportation and walkable to many local attractions. The view from the room was also very nice. The staff were very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to help me with my public transportation ticket from Lisbon to Porto. Very calm, patient, and supportive throughout my stay. A wonderful experience overall. 😊"

"This is a smaller boutique hotel in the Saldanha neighbourhood with a grocery store right across the street. The A/C in our room wasn't working perfectly but we had great service from Victoria at the front desk who moved us to a new room and offered a complimentary drink at the bar. For that reason, I would return. Thanks Victoria - these are the things people remember and appreciate!"

"For my short stay, it was fantastic. After staying in so many hotels in Europe over the past month, I can easily confuse my room number. I did, and I accidentally paid my breakfast twice (it was already paid in reservation). Once I found about the mistake, staff fixed it swiftly even though it was a busy day. Best part of this hotel for sure is its staff. Great breakfast, and I loved to have a Nespresso machine in my room. Would definitely come back! Only bad thing is that the hot water in the shower stopped after a while. No clue why. 9/10"
