“I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. “Needed an overnight stop on my way to Builth Wells and this is conveniently located just off the M4 near Newport. Refurbish a little while ago and the room was clean and had everything you needed ( inc iron / ironing board, hair dryer, kettle etc ). Bed was comfortable, and the room had A/C.Very little noise.
