“The floors around the main desk, and the carpeting on the elevator floor were really dirty. Our room looked tidy, but the bathroom floor was also really dirty. On the first day shortly after we arrived, my husband used a hand towel to clean up a small water spill that landed on the bathroom floor. The towel was filthy dirty after he finished. We stayed 3 days at the hotel, and the carpet in the elevator was dirty all three days. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Breakfast was OK. ……

“They had our room ready and let us in early as we arrived about 10 minutes early. The room was clean. It was quiet even though our room was right near the elevator. Everything was just as advertised. Friendly staff. Typical continental breakfast, but the team member working was very diligent about keeping items well stocked. Would stay there again.”
