「Breakfast」

「Everything was good until the second night of my stay (Saturday night in this case) when the downstairs bar had music blasting until 2am. Despite multiple complaints from myself and other guests the noise continued. I had to spend half the night sleeping in my car to get some peace and quiet.」

「The good: Beautiful high end hotel and room. Valet parking. It was renovated within the last 5 years. Staff was very very friendly. Beds were comfy. Food and drinks were good. Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. We stayed in a beautiful hotel but could not sleep because of the rolling drum sound the entire night.
