“We found this villa completely by chance and honestly could not believe our luck. We rented it for New Year’s Eve, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We stayed with a group of four families - nine adults and several kids (ages five and up). Despite the size of our group, the house never felt crowded. The villa is truly huge and offers a sense of space that you rarely find in many Pocono homes. Everyone had plenty of room, and the house felt cozy and thoughtfully……

“The place was very clean and well maintained. The very narrow, steep stairs took a little time to get comfortable with climbing. Super cute decor and small spaces. Excellent location!”

It’s big and there’s a lot of room so no one felt cramped even during dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and the island provided more seating. The house has a media room which was perfect for the mix of children. The grounds are great. The kids were able to explore the small pond, and although they had wet feet, loved every minute. “Communication with the host, how organized and clean the place was. This place is beautiful and offers a lot of amenities and toys for children to play. The space was perfect for our family. It was cozy, simple and well maintained. We are already to return during summer to enjoy all the community amenities and activities they offer during that season. When we went there, each bed had blankets ask when you book to ensure these are still there. I would suggest you bring small towels for the……

“The house was much nicer than the pictures showed. They are in the process of remodeling and it was actually very nice. The host was unable to access Vrbo so he was not responsive to my messages. Vrbo put me in touch with him and he was on top of it from there. He was a good communicator once I got a hold of him. The place was much better than it looks in the pictures. The only down side was there are not nearly as many beds as listed. ”
