“A quaint clean enough place! Was quiet enough too. My room was spacious and yes quiet enough as some other loud guests around but still 5 stars to give. Floors though made my socks dirty so to also mop and not just sweep the floors. My check in guy was ok enough but not that engaging. Has a nice pool too for those to use. Plus a bbq area! I will consider staying here again and was in Penticton for a funeral.”

“The rooms are dated , air conditioning did not work correctly, had to get up and turn of several times during the night . so it was way to cold when on even when we has it set to warm . the hot water took forever to get warm , had to plan ahead for shower and let water run for about 10 mins . there was a battery powered alarm clock that no mater what we did we could not get it to light up so you could see it in the dark , had to use phones to check time. Also the room was double queen , with……

“I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just……

“Newly renovated , the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. When I arrived there was a note to call to be let in .same when trying to check out the main person was not answering so went there and he wasn’t around was told to just leave my key in the room .. overall there were beds quite hard .. and ac and mini fridge so everything we needed”

“It was a cute little suite. The bed was comfortable and linens clean. The front room floor was not clean and the couch could use replacing. The kitchenette was a great bonus, and it was adequately supplied, however when we tried to use the cookie sheet to warm up something in the oven, it did not fit. There is a small table with a couple of chairs outside each room. It would be far more appealing to sit out there if the side walks were swept. The pool was open when we were there, which was……
