Fabulous location right on the Terrace & FREE Cat Bus system. 6th floor with lift access. This amazingly located apartment is fully equipped. A much loved family property, stay in this 2BR 2BA sky high apt in a secure building. 1 secure car bay. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Relax in your central city sanctuary while enjoying the CBD vibe & views. Splashes of red greet you to brighten your stay while relaxing on the comfy couches or cooking up a storm in your fully equipped kitchen!

East Perth is an inner suburb of Perth, Western Australia, located next to the Perth central business district. Claisebrook and Claisebrook Cove are within the suburb.
Striking distance to the famous Perth Mint, Supreme Court Gardens and St Mary's Cathedral. Well located to Royal Perth hospital and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Close to the famous Claisebrook Cove development.
Visit the stunning foreshore (Swan River) you can easily stroll there or the Perth Mint. Catch the bus to the botanical gardens. Hop on a ferry to visit South Perth and the Perth Zoo, just so much to do from this central location. There are many restaurants, pubs, a bottle shop, a mini mart and the Grosvenor Hotel all with in a very short stroll.

Spacious apartment with views

Overall we loved our stay for 4 nights. Very relaxed with a 5 min walk to the Swan River and walking/running track into Elizabeth Quay. Plenty of cooking utensils,spices and condiments to use. The second bathroom had a very noisy fan attached with the light switch and the lighting was poor for makeup. The other downside was the key collection/drop off which is inconvenient when coming/going to the airport, and only one key supplied. Overall, we would definitely stay again, enjoyed it immensely. Amanda.
