This Baldivis house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 1 king single bed. The charming property features 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub plus hair dryer etc. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine and dryer, guests can relax and unwind at this gorgeous retreat. Experience what Baldivis and its resort surrounds has to offer with a stay at our enchanting house. We are located 5 minutes walk to Baldivis Stockland Shopping Mall, 5 minutes drive to Baldivis Indoor Sporting complex, 10 minutes drive to the beach and train station, and 10 minutes drive to the might Perth Aqua Park. Mandurah is less than 30 minutes drive away, and Perth Airport is also less than 45 minutes drive. Come and stay with us for a memorable experience of a life time!!!

Lovely home that suited 3 adults and 3 children.Stockland Mall, highway and parks are very close.There is a daycare, primary school and high school across from the house but it is quiet and not too busy (only when you pass the high school). Everything you need is supplied with a lovely clean and tidy backyard.Awesome communication with host.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, highly recommend.

This property was clean, tidy and exactly as shown in the photos. We were a group of 5 adults and needed 4 bedrooms, so it ticked the boxes. Its a nearly new home and while its quite small, it was perfectly fine for our stay. The only thing missing was an umbrella for over the outdoor table for dining in the Perth summer ... but otherwise well appointed... would recommend to travellers.
