An industrial apartment, which was previously a shop, that has been renovated to the highest standard.

24/7 access system with the electronic security locks.

With a Queen-size bed and a fully equipped open plan living/kitchen area, as well as, free aircon.There is a brand new dishwasher in the apartment and also a full-size in-house laundry for your cleaning needs.

Free Wifi internet, internet TV`s and Netflix access.

Baby cot and high chair available for an extra charge.

There is secure parking.

All in all, a great and convenient place to stay. Please make your booking today.

Due to recent changes, we are now flexible with longer stays please enquire for further information.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.

Convenient Apartment in Heart of Freo

The apartment location, the condition of the apartment and the check-in, check out process were all superb. The only thing that took away from the stay was the outside noise and light that was not very well blocked out when in the apartment. the apartment was located right next to both the garbage disposal area on one side and a main entrance to the highrise apartments above. This meant constant noise and light from the passage ways. Nothing in the apartment like blinds to block out.

Property was well presented. Clean and serviceable. Bathroom excellent and clean. Bed very comf. One little isse was the lack of heavy window and door coverings to block out the outside security lighting. Otherwise a very good stay.
