A great stay even though check in was a little complicated.

It was an awesome apartment and a great place to stay. The only downside was check in. It was difficult to find somewhere to park to go inside to get the key. The instructions said to dial a number to gain access to the building but no one answered. Luckily someone exited while I was trying to enter. My family had to drive around the block several times before I got the key to the parking area. Other than that it was an awesome stay in a great location. Check out was a bit easier.

Great location

Great location, very close to shops, restaurants, train, etc. Spacious bedrooms. Had everything we wanted. Would stay again.

Asked to check in earlier and great immediate response. Then I left straight away. Apartment smell of cigarettes/sickly fermented smell. Unsafe lock on door. Trying to contact via messenger and email no response.

Location was perfect. Close to cafe strip, markets and bars. Felt secure. Bathroom tiny

The back door wouldn’t open with key. It appears to be swipe card. Someone opened it for us. Overall pretty good. Just tiny bathroom. Please note. Toilet was also leaking water a little bit.

No hot water

Checked in at 2pm, on a very cold day. Not long after discovered there was NO hot water. Reported it immediately. Told they couldn’t get anyone until 8.30am the next day! After waiting, wasting my day, the tradesman turned up approximately 11am. VERY DISAPPOINTING ☹️

Handy for hospital visiting

Proximity to hospital if staying nearby to Freo or fiona stanley. Actually cosy and warm in winter. Lovely decorating better than photo maybe! Had a few did items very grateful for. Steps to outside car park level so no good if mobility issue. Bit awkward to exit flat and move car then return to front and park and leave key in key lock. Just read instructions and leave time. Excellent location. Wasn't noisy.
