"Hotel is good locate to stores, mall, very clean and space is good"

"The hotel is a lot older than the pictures suggest, but in comparison to other hotels we saw on the street, this was clean, comfortable and secure. It is also just down the road from the belen markets. They are currently doing renovations so it is a bit noisy during the day."

"The room was fine -- small, but clean. On the downside the bed was hard, and there was a fair amount of noise. There is no air conditioning or heater -- but the weather was moderate. The hotel is within close walking distance to the city center. But on the much bigger plus side, is that on both days my Expedia booked tour companies let me down, but the caring staff at Chankana Hotel (Hostel) went above and beyond to help salvage my entire trip! The second day of my trip the Chankana staff...

"The buffet-style breakfast here is amazing and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There were some noise outside the window on the night of our arrival, but the other nights were mostly quiet, and we had a very good stay."
