This magnificent detached villa boasts some of the most spectacular sea and mountain views in the area.
Entering this impressive property you immediately notice the feel of serenity and harmony brought on by being surrounded by the blue waters of the Mediterranean sea and the greeness from the superb mature gardens.
The villa itself presents a unique architectural design with panoramic view balconies and terraces with a beautiful large pool. With four bedrooms, spread over 3 floors.
There are 2 bedrooms one the 1st floor, one bedroom on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the basement.
The villa provides ample space for luxury living and with a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea on each of the 3 floors, the views are spectacular, providing plenty of light into the property.
Overlooking the sea, the villa is part of an exclusive development offering luxurious and superior comfort and equipped with all modern appliances.

Not the luxury villa as advertised
I'm afraid that this villa didn't match expectations at all for our visit to Cyprus for a family wedding. When we arrived there was water leaking from the upstairs toilet and running through the ceilings, walls & down the stairs. It took over three days for this to dry out and then the ceiling started to flake and drop.
Separate to this incident, the villa was kitted out to a basic beach house standard and definitely not the 'luxury' villa it was advertised as. It was functional but not homely at all. Unfortunately one shower needed fixing and various items in the property were damaged. This was primarily due to the very cheap nature of the fittings.
Unfortunately the villa hadn't been maintained. Cockroaches were very frequent visitors in large numbers! The downstairs bedroom was more of a windowless dungeon/store room than a 'luxury villa'.
Most of the neighbouring properties have been abandoned at various stages of construction.
On the upside, it was quiet and the garden was very nice with easy access to the coastal path.

Fabulous Villa
This is a great villa in a beautiful spot. It’s quiet with very few restaurants nearby so you need a car but it sits right on the beach. Its only 15 minutes from Larnaca airport and McKenzy beach. We loved the peace and quiet it offered and it has everything you need to make your stay perfect.
It was very easy to stay in contact with the Company renting the Villa.
We loved it and will definitely return.
