“The staff was friendly and obliging. Especially Hector who was so kind and courteous and spoke with us every day (except his day off) He made us feel very comfortable. “Hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to go back.
One odd thing is that we bought the All Inclusive option, but they still gave us full checks/bills at every meal and closing out any bar service, showing the full amount "owing", which was disconcerting at first. This should have been explained to us upon checkin, and would have avoided confusion and frustration.
Was fine in the end. We were not being charged.
Despite being prime time (Feb 2026), it was not busy. Never……

“We stayed there for 2 weeks. The rooms are bacis, but they are very clean. The house keepers Bonfilia & Leidy did a great job keeping our room super clean. The views are fantastic. The area is nice and quiet. The grounds and pool areas are very well maintained by Jesus and Carlos. The front desk staff, Jose Ramón, Jose Sortero, Enefertiti and Edgar are super friendly and very helpful. The staff at this hotel is what made our stay special. They are all fantastic.
