This hotel needs a total reboot. My room had holes in the floor, tears in curtains, mould in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay. It was quiet and a good location if you want to be by the water. But there are much better option out there for the same money.

Brand new eat-in kitchen, with induction range; BBQ in the backyard -- Sunripe farm market, No Frills, and Superstore minutes away for eating in convenience.
