House was very clean, comfortable, and everything in good working order. Perfect location for a buddies golf weekend, including playing a round on the backyard course and attending the final round at the WM Phoenix Open. Thank you!

Very much looked forward to the wide open view through what appeared to be mostly a glass wall which was disrupted by damaged blinds on a patio door that was out of order for some time judging by the fading of the note "use other door" that would not open, thus blocking our view of the golf course. The communication was extremely poor until my wife finally contacted the proprietor She was able to get an answer in a reasonable amount of time Which was better than I received ( no answer at all). We also stayed in a number of different beds throughout our travels within the last 6 weeks of our journey found this one to be 1 of the most uncomfortable. An average cleaning fee in most cases is not out of line but when we pick up a paper on the table that says we are also responsible for stripping the beds and putting them in a pile along with any dirty towels etcetera ,doing all the dishes, making sure the sink ,frig is clean... I found that to be more than unreasonable. most of which we normally do for a host anyway. Was told the blinds were on back order but then was asked To have them measured. FYI home depot and Lowe's both had nearly identical blinds in stock at a reasonable price, myself being a general contractor for over 40 years knew what to look for. We're not staying here again

Retro, clean, very large living space and nice patio with a front row seat to the golf course. Very comfortable beds and living furniture. Everything you need in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Super easy to work with the manager.

Nice property, comfortable, good location. Great patio overlooking golf course, bbq'd most evenings out there. No wifi or cable, but we were okay without them. Close to grocery store and gas station. Really close to salt river, just 15 minutes it seemed. Very nice.

This property is quite spacious. It's very outdated but everything worked fine. I enjoyed watching the birds and bunnies outside, especially when the quail family came pecking at the sliding glass doors on a number of occations. It was very quiet here and it worked out quite well for our needs.

I would have given this stay a 4 1/2 or 5 star rating if the house was at least renovated a bit. Carpet , living furniture and kitchen equipment is in great need of updating. Otherwise very clean quiet peaceful stay.

I was surprised how large it was,, especially the patio. If mosquitoes didn't like me so much I would have spent most of the time on patio, but all windows on south gave mea great view. Would stay there again!
