“It is centrally located. Gym was awesome. We were in one of the penthouses, the pics and descriptions were accurate with the exception of the terrace , as it’s not on the same level. BBQ didn’t work which was very unfortunate. Property is dated but the staff were lovely and it’s off the noisy 5th, however there were nights you could hear the dance music until 3am. Felt super safe the entire time. ”

“Room was good, check in process a bit time consuming since this property does not have its own check in office. The noise from the nearby club is ridiculous, and until 3am or later, only thing that drowned it out was a noisy dehumidifier in the room so sleeping with a jet engine in the bedroom to silence the boom boom of crappy club music isn’t ideal, would not stay again. Live and learn….if it’s cheaper there is a reason lol”

“I was not able to stay at the hotel because the US state department advised Americans not to visit Mexico at the time of my reservation. The cartels were fighting at the time . I felt unsafe and the hotel would not refund my money.”

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful, the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-decorated, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax. The location is extremely convenient: an easy walk from the ferry and bus terminals, and steps away from a multitude of shops and restaurants, as well as a small section of public beach which is perfect for watching the……

“I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. Here are the reasons for my disappointing experience: 1. Terrible Noise and Location The soundproofing is absolutely terrible. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, with several bars downstairs blasting deafening music until 2 AM every single night. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. Poor Hygiene and Room Conditions The cleanliness of the rooms was appalling. There were water leaks on the walls, stains on the bedding, and……

“The property is ideal if you want city and beach life. The rooftop pool was great with views you cannot get from ground pools! We were upgraded to a Master Suite which was spacious and clean. We had an issue with the AC in the last couple days but were told it was because you could not set the thermostat lower than a specific degree which was not the case or problem. We had friends in another room that had to use extra blankets because it was so cold. However, we did not press the issue too……
