“What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. It might be a trickier location to get to if relying on other modes of transport. It's about 15mins drive from Bellagio. The apartment we got was perfect. The views stunning. “Saknade en trevlig bar/uteplats, pool eller åtminstone en brygga man kunde bada ifrån. Tråkig frukost, ingen äggröra eller bacon utan mest torrt bröd och kallt kaffe. De försökte men behöver nog lite hjälp att fräscha upp hotellet. Saknade även plats att hänga badkläder på tork samt flytande schampo i duschen.”

Wir wurden von der Familie (inhabergeführtes Hotel) herzlich empfangen und über das gesamte Wochenende wunderbar begleitet. Alle sind unglaublich warmherzig und schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man den Alltag sofort vergisst. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick gebucht. “We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. We queued before another couple, but the waiter ignored us and then claimed there were no indoor tables, forcing us into a cold, semi-outdoor area.
