「This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous!
Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite.
Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special.
Great pool area too.
If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!」

「Had a really good time there with my family. I actually booked another hotel in Sagres, but with much smaller space and poorer infrastructure. So I cancelled that one, and drove back again to Balaia hotel. Again the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also an indoor swimming pool nearby. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. Not to mention that the price is so attractive. Definitely worth it.」

「The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell, and towels were only changed once every four days.
The service was absolutely the worst we experienced during our month-long trip through Europe. The front desk receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
Our reservation was originally for three nights, but our flight to Albufeira was delayed, so we arrived the following morning. Despite having paid for the entire stay, the receptionist told...
