「They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind. For the price it’s ok Tv doesn’t connect right. And need be flexible to watch in the sofa because it’s other way.」

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms come with a full kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. After our first stay, we enjoyed it so much that we booked again the very next weekend. This time we upgraded to an ocean-view room, and wow! It was absolutely worth the extra money. 「Great place to go with your buddies on an adventure, or a cheap date with the girlfriend, but pictures over sell it. Its dark in main bedroom and needs a serious remodel on both interior and exterior. Trim was destroyed and falling. AC works great, nice view of the beach but its just feels very dated. Valet was slow and expensive.」

「The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. The view was lovely. The housekeeping and hotel staff from parking attendants, to bag check, front desk, restaurants, cafe staff, towel and pool attendants - outstanding. A special shout to the beach staff especially - Cameron and Luis. They were so helpful and attentive. I travel all over the world, I rarely encounter great service, it was so refreshing to experience people that care.」

「Never disappoint」

「I booked this “resort” for the sheer amount of 5 star reviews it had and when I got there, I was severely disappointed by what I saw and received. The reviews mention that the staff is a 5/5 but when I first arrived they had guys standing around laughing and making slick comments about my transaction. I was not prepared for the “surprise $200 deposit” that was not mentioned beforehand. The following night I watched another gentlemen go through the “surprise fees” when he checked in and he said...

「Excellent location. Five minute walk to beautiful Delray Beach. The room was comfortable, clean and updated. The property is very cute with a lot of lush, tropical landscaping. Staff, courteous and helpful. We were in great walking distance, nightlife, and fantastic restaurants. If you were looking for a great beach getaway, this is your place. Not super fancy, but gets the job done.」
