Stains and hair on sheets and pillows, bathroom towels. Very cold even though heat set at 74 F. Thin blanket on bed. Honestly should have just slept in my car. Too tired to bother anyone, but shouldnt have too for cleanliness.

Would give negative review if I could. After driving 14 hr we arrived to find out they had cancelled our reservation. No notice at all, no email, no text and no call to let us know that the reservation was canceled. The employee gave no recommendation as to where to go he said that he was also canceling 7 others due to overbooking.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing from the very first day. The room, hallways, and staircase were in truly unacceptable condition. They clean all the hallways using one single bucket with the same dirty water and a mop in terrible shape, which only makes the smell and dirt worse. The toilet was completely yellow on the inside; it took me three hours to remove all the buildup and get it into a minimally usable condition. The same happened with the bathtub and the floors—I had to scrub everything with strong cleaning products to get rid of the urine smell that had permeated the space. This level of hygiene is unacceptable in any housing situation. I hope they improve their cleaning and maintenance standards, because the experience was truly unpleasant and super expensive!!

This was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at. There were roaches crawling on the floor and on the walls.. the room even smelled like roaches. There was no staff available at checkout office door was locked. Had to contact customer service and they didn't even help either.

The photos are extremely misleading. The exterior looks passable, but once you're inside the room, it's a completely different experience. It's obvious this hotel started renovations and then gave up halfway. Everything feels patched together in a rushed, careless way. The toilet and shower both have significant rust issues, which is unacceptable. The room was so humid that the floors were actually wet--everything felt damp, including bedding and now our clothes. The kitchenette is essentially useless. Yes, there's a fridge, microwave, and cooktop, but there are zero supplies. No pans. No utensils. No plates. Not even a fork or knife. Calling it a kitchenette is generous at best. We requested extra towels and had to ask two additional times before they were given. On day two, our door broke and we were locked out of our room--twice--until a manager could let us in while waiting for maintenance. That's not just inconvenient, it's a basic security issue. The overall vibe is grey, drab, and depressing. The bed was comfortable, which is the only positive thing I can say. An extra blanket would have been appreciated--it is Florida, but it's still winter. To top it off, when I asked a staff member where to put our trash (since there is no housekeeping service), he was rude and dismissive. This place feels neglected, poorly managed, and nowhere near the experience the photos suggest. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Better hotels in the area for same or less

The property was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly, but i asked for a extra blanket and the housekeeping didnt have any available right way because the machine was down. Overall the stay was good even though i didnt have an extra blanket for comfort.

Our room was comfortable. The heating and cooling unit worked great. The desk clerk when we arrived was gracious and cool under the pressure of a lot going on at once. She was kind and very helpful to us.

Terrible maintenance! Very dirty rooms, this place is disgusting, I don't recommend it. Common areas are dirty, and there's a smell of weed everywhere, inside and outside the rooms. It's a shame! Because they have a good front desk staff.
