「Arrived late after communicating with the desk staff that I may arrive after the cutoff. Was able to get to my room and get some food before the resturant closed. The roof bar had a nice view and the pools and beach were well maintained except for a large hole in the surface area of one of the wadding areas. The people were friendly and accommodating and the area was nice. All said a good experience.」

「Had a wonderful 8day stay here. The staff was the BEST EVER‼️ From the airport pickup to the boat transport to the hotel arrival greeting. Everyone was all smiles and extremely welcoming. Everything was wonderful couldn’t ask for a better stay. The resort is A1 in itself. I would most definitely recommend staying here and would return if i’m In Placencia again. He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down.
