“I love this hotel. The value is outstanding! The pools, the spa and staff are second to none. I particularly enjoyed the hot stone massage and manicure and pedicure. Geralyn was wonderful! The staff was friendly from reception to the cleaning staff and of course the spa. The free breakfast was a nice touch. It was a wonderful place to unwind . “An excellent stay at Hotel Las Arenas! A solo traveller, arriving around 4pm and was greeted openly at reception. There was an issue as my booking had been duplicated but the receptionist was calm, reassured me everything would be sorted and worked to fix it. The room was fantastic. "A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the area situated, there’re too many people and not very clean. However, the beach promenade is pretty nice in the morning for a jog because the beach goers swamp in. Maybe It’s just me but I think other guests (mostly German) really enjoy their stay, because there is lots of space and two outdoor pool to hang out with your friends."
