「The staff are very kind here. 」

「Tía welcomed us with a big smile and juice. Our room was super clean, as was the shared bathroom. We saw her work from sunrise to sunset. Great breakfast and excellent coffee. She was the highlight of our stay because she was so amazing. We had to leave super early in the morning and she brought us bananas, cookies, and juice for the road. Please give her a raise and bonus because she is the kindest, hardworking soul. We plan to return because of her! She made our stay feel like home. 」

「I arrived later night, the front desk person was called by knocking the door to process my room. Unfortunately they said there is no king size bed which I paid for. I had to sleep since next early morning had meeting,so no time to complain for 2 queen beds. Next day I asked again for king size, they changed my room to king size room. The room is good, only One noise of window. Other then that 2 issues, everything was perfect.」

「The hotel is clean, with nice and spacious room and comfortable beds but will look much better and classier if they simply change the illumination from cold tone (white lights) to warm tone (yellow), both in lobby/restaurant and rooms. Breakfast could have more choices. The area gets really empty in the evening.」
