More than an AirbnB, Pleasant Valley Pines has been our family’s Hudson Valley retreat for over a decade. You’ll wake up with the birds, spend the day deep in nature’s embrace and bask in the cool, clean air.

Just under two hours from NYC, it is the perfect, all-season spot for a relaxing weekend getaway, family reunion or friend trip. Sun by the pool in the summer, drink hot cider by the fire pit in the fall or do yoga in our sun-drenched great room all year-round!

Overall okay, but needs to be cleaned better. We didn’t use the washer because it smelled bad and the rubber inside was filthy. Location was very quiet. The outside could use more lighting around the tile sidewalk. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant.

The property and the house were lovely. The layout of the house was very good, providing a lot of open spaces as well as two two separate living rooms for smaller gatherings.The hostess was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at this house again.The only misrepresentation was that there was a pool. Before booking the house we had inquired about the pool and were told it would be open during our September stay. Shortly before our trip was to begin, we were informed that the pool would be closed for the season. When we got there, the lining of the pool appeared to be ripped and severely damaged. It does not seem like the pool would have been usable at all.

Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The home is very spacious with a private backyard and amenities for enjoying the outdoor space. Our entire group was very happy with the accommodations.
