「Sehr schöne Unterkunft, das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen und sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet! aber der Wellnessbereich ist leider viel zu klein (es gibt nur 7 Liegen und es war an 4 Tagen nur einmal eine frei, auf die wir uns dann zu zweit gezwängt haben - es könnten zumindest noch zusätzlich Sesseln aufgestellt werden), bis 22 Uhr sind zudem viele Kinder… also die Entspannung ist leider nur eingeschränkt möglich Parken kostet 50 PLN pro Tag, also auch relativ teuer… 」

「一到了步行街上,就可以很容易找到這家飯店,漂亮的全木頭的裝潢,非常美麗好找 晚上靠近街上的房間會有一點聲音,如果怕吵的可能要選另外一面的房間 不過逛街就非常方便了,一出來就是熱鬧的地方,而且這邊附近換匯的匯率很好 如果要去湖之眼,或是另外一個漂亮的纜車,都可以請飯店幫忙叫私人的車,很方便」

「This hotel /rooms needs maintenance improvements ASAP. In our first 24 hour , we had to change 3 times room. Reasons: no A/C in room and bad smell. Even in our 3rd room there was no water pressure in the shower. A/C was not working properly too. Workers were very nice. 」

The spa fitness center has a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room, but no weights ir benches. The room is spacious, but there's no luggage rack. The bathroom has a hair dryer, but no shampoo. Etc.」

「혼자 여행이었는데, 도착해서 입구에서 서성이는데 독일인 할머니께서 말이 안통함에도 친절하게 데스크로 안내해주셨고, 주인께서도 친절하게 불편함 없이 머무를수 있게 안내해주셨습니다. 건물, 방이 너무 깨끗하고 방도 따뜻했습니다. 와이파이도 잘되고. 다만 복도 소리가 조금 들리긴 하지만 전혀 신경쓰이지 않고. 시내한복판이지만 건물 자체가 대로 안쪽에 있어서 번잡스럽지 않고 외부 소음이 전혀 없었습니다. 또 버스 정류장과도 가까워서 관과 다니기 좋았어요. 여러모로 최고였습니다.」

「Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. 」

「Small apartment close to town centre and rail station, clean and functional. No reception, but staff contactable by email if required. Private bathroom with shower and wash basin; basic kitchen with twin electric hob and fridge. Overall good value for money.」

「A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Angolul nem minden alkalmazott tudott. Sajnos a közeli programokról tájékoztatás vagy programfüzet nem volt fellelhető a hotelben. Az ágy nagyon kicsi volt ezen kívűl a hotel teljesen rendben volt. Az ètelek finomak. Az a la carte választèk kevès. Parkolóhely kevès. A helyi látnivalók autóval megközelíthetőek a hoteltól. Összességében ajánlani tudom. 」
