“The hotel is in a great location for exploring Ponta Delgada. We were very comfortable in our room with the added luxury of a small terrace with climbing vines for reading and sitting in the sun. The breakfast was wonderful which included many options, all delicious. The restaurant and cafe were great also. The grotto pool and sauna were a nice option after hiking and a well designed experience for relaxation. The hotel serves as an art gallery and we enjoyed learning about local artists. The……

“Sehr schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit großen Zimmern sowie großer, moderner Küche und Utensilien. Die Lage ist sehr gut und vieles ist Fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Parkplätze an der Straße vor der Unterkunft sind kostenpflichtig, es gibt aber einen großen und kostenfreien Parkplatz ca. 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Inhaber ist super nett und kann viele Tipps für Ausflüge usw. geben. Gerne wieder!”

“I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.”

“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Premium Villa. Die große Sonnenterrasse mit viel Sonnenschein und eigenem Whirlpool haben uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und war sauber. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die wirklich schlechte Kaffeemaschine von Nescafé. Diese sollte dringend gegen einen echten Vollautomaten ersetzt werden. Parkmöglichkeiten sind genügend vorhanden. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut, da das Hotel direkt hinter einer Schnellstraße……

“The staff at the reception desk were very nice and accommodating. On our last day we left for the airport before breakfast opened but they had a packed meal with a sandwich, fruit, apple juice, and water ready to go for us. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“This hotel is well maintained. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Garage is extra EUR10/day but it is worth it. The indoor pool is open until 10, which is very convenient. The bar has a good selection of lose teas that are served in special teapots. There are a lot of common areas with comfortable furniture. Location is also very convenient. The center of the town is walking distance form the hotel.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways.”
