The property was better than expected. Plenty of room and very clean. The layout was very favorable. I recommend this property to anyone traveling to Sao Miguel.

We loved the great location near the main street along the harbor, wonderful beds (always important), reliable air conditioning and windows that open easily, lots of lounging space, convenient parking (use the nearby garage rather than parking on the street) and the very functional kitchen.

Great location and space
It was great to be close to everything in Ponta Delgada and the parking was convenient. Being 2 couples we were able to each have our own floor. The apartment was in a quiet area but just a short walk away from the action. Welcomebuddy was very helpful and on top of everything.
