Better than Expected!!

Gary is an excellent host. So good that what was supposed to be a one month stay turned into 3 months. Felt like we were at home and never once had to say “I wish this place had this or that”. Very quiet, safe and relaxing. Would have no hesitation recommending to friends.

HEAVEN'S COVE PART II

The first time we rented Gary’s condo we were so pleased that we returned for another month last September to October. Everything was as we experienced the first time. Short Term Stay During Transition

My family was in transition between homes and Gary opened his home to us and was an amazing host. He was very responsive and helpful with all questions. The location of his condo is terrific and all of his neighbors have been very nice and courteous. We were thrilled with our experience.

Nice condo

The condo was very comfortable. Nice furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The only downside was that the kitchen appliances are very dated and I sure missed a garbage disposal. Washer and dryer were newer. We enjoyed the location. Close to old downtown restaurants as well as franchised restaurants on Highway #19. Lots of golf courses.

Heaven's Cove

S&R Rented May-July 2023 Heather Cove, Gary’s condo should be named HEAVEN ‘S COVE. Everything that you would need for a prefect vacation was there. The condo was very clean and you could see that it is well maintained. It is huge so that you feel like at home in your house. The screened lanai makes it enjoyable in the evening and the two overhead ceiling fans is great for the hot afternoons. The king size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and the large screen tv is a nice touch. Although the larger screen tv in the living room was great for the late night movie. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessity for preparing your meals. Salt,pepper,spices ect. Water,scoda and even a few beers were chilling in the fridge when we arrived. There was even some coffee so that we did not have to run to the grocery store the next morning. A Public grocery store is a few minutes away on State Rd-19 even within a short walk. The the grounds of the complex are clean and well maintained the on-site manager was friendly as were the other residents. The complex is within several public beaches but we just enjoyed the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to the next time

Absolute pleasure! We stayed for a month and enjoyed our time. Everyone at this condo complex is friendly and it’s very clean. Gary was very attentive to questions and his condo was very well stocked. We will miss this place!

Met all my needs. Very nice condo complex that was near any kind of shopping one might need or want. Beautiful grounds. Area prefect for walking - pet with human.

Condo was very nice & well stocked in quiet neighborhood!

The area was quiet although just off very busy US 19, behind a strip mall with Publix, etc.. The Condo was clean, well furnished and cozy.. The elevator was a boon as well as parking under the condos. Beds were very comfortable. Excess of towels, dishes, cooking utensils, good selection of TV Channels.

Very Homey, Very Cozy. Gary was a pleasure to rent from and would recommend this rental. Very Quiet and secure and would definitely rent this property again. My mother and I stayed from june 15 to july 15, as I had surgery and my mother came from Maryland to take care of me. This was definitely a home away from home. I made sure everything was spotless when I left and even shampooed the carpets..I felt great when I left. Thank you Gary!

Best lanai

Gary was easy to work with and very helpful. The place did not disappoint It was very nice and was the best stocked place we have rented. As nice as it was inside, I absolutely loved the lanai as it was big and comfortable wit the sectional and patio table and chairs. The view and pool was nice as well as the location to shopping and restaurants. If the opportunity comes up again, I would not hesitate rent it.

January in Florida

The condo was nice, the pool is not heated during the month of January. Hot tub and fitness center is not on property. With that being said we felt very comfortable at Heather Cove. It’s a safe friendly community close to everything. WiFi and TV channel lineup is second to none. We had a very relaxing stay and would recommend this property

The Heather cove complex was well maintained and quite scenic. Our condo was well furnished and really comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfasts out on the lanai. The condo had everything necessary for cooking and dinning there. The owners were very cordial and left good ideas as to what to do in the area. I would most certainly go back.
