The community pool and the boardwalk that takes you to the sugar-sand beach, is an easy walk from the home. The backyard has breathtaking views of St. Joe Bay and borders a natural reserve, so you’ll enjoy a peaceful, secluded setting while remaining just a short drive from local seafood restaurants, cafes, and boutique shopping at Historic St. Joe, Mexico Beach and Windmark Village.



Extended day discount available for guests staying longer than 3 weeks.



Free driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. *Please, no parking on grass, in garage or on the street (HOA prohibits)*. Additional parking can be found at both ends of the street.



*A 6-passenger golf cart is included with stay at no extra cost to guest. Driver's must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. A golf cart waiver is required prior to guest use, and all drivers must complete the waiver before operating the golf cart. Golf cart availability cannot be guaranteed in the event of maintenance needs, damage, or circumstances beyond our control.



Dogs welcome for a small fee and limited to one dog. Dogs may not be left unattended

in home.



EV-charging on premises is prohibited.
