「The staff was so friendly.. best stay by far」

「The rooms are clean and recently renovated. There is no elevator or hot tub. The pool is ok and the sauna is way too small. The lake side of the property needs worked on desperately. One of the online descriptions mentioned a spa but there is no spa. The pillows were terrible but the beds were comfortable. The place was quiet but there were not too many guests when we were there. 「Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice.」

To his credit, it was so busy. They seemed incredibly overstaffed and he did his best. He got the tv on eventually, but then the tv just played the guide on a loop and wouldn't shut off. I did not look at the bedding that was turned down and the linen was misty smelling and to find the coverlets were very dirty on he top edges that you pull up. I told one of the cleaning ladies about it and she told me she would tell the cleaning lady for the first floor when she arrived.
