First off they could only find one room on the reservation and therefore over charged me for the second room. With painted over mold in the bathroom. Dirty floors in every corner, shower head broken and water choice was scalding or cold! Will never go back nor recommend.

There is an AC unit in the room against the window super far from the bed. The wall thermostat did not work or turn on or control anything. I was really upset because it wasn’t working and the AC was not great. Please update the rooms and make sure the thermostat is actually working

Furniture in room was tore up, male staff was not accomodating and did bare minimum work. Checkout was posted on door of room and stated noon. Housekeeping let us kniw it was actually 11am but they didn't take down the signs. I will NEVER stay there again.

The hotel was clean; the staff did their job but weren't friendly- more robotic and didn't appear to enjoy their job environment. That i could live with but what i couldn't live with was how paper thin the walls and ceiling were. Stomping above us all night long the first and second night, and loud people in the room next to us the second night. We packed up the 2nd night and found a different hotel where we were able to sleep peacefully in quiet. Noise in a hotel is expected but this noise level was out of my experience, and I've traveled quite a bit for work and leisure. We won't stay again.

Very clean and attractive rooms, just far enough from the main highway to be QUIET! Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom arrangement...spacious room with shower & toilet, designed for wheelchair-bound person. But with the sink, mirror, etc. in open area adjacent to closet & bedding area, privacy suffered. (We reserved room at last minute--next time will ensure it's a "regular" room! )

The rooms here are clean, spacious, and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and although there is not a bathtub, there is a walk-in shower which I prefer. They have a happy hour and breakfast and it is located next to a very nice shopping mall. I would stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently near many places to eat, a long with a shopping mall near by. My room was in average conditions. The lamps were stained and the furniture is a bit old. The staff did a great job. Overall it was a decent stay for the weekend.
