House situated by the sea (100 meters). In a picturesque village called Island Crib. Very quiet village incorporated in a green valley. Several pedestrian rails where you do not need a car to travel to. You can enjoy the sea and watch its bottom. There are diving goggles in the house for guests. House consists of double bedroom, attic with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Bathroom with towels, shampoo and shower gel. Fully equipped kitchen and private outdoor area with barbecue and table.

The property is insufficient and dangerous and should not be rented.

1. There was no one to greet and explain the layout of the house 2. No co-ordinates were given for the property 3. The shower and bathroom handle were broken and fell to the floor repeatedly upon use. 4.. The electrics are a fire hazard and not correctly earthed as when two kitchen implements were used the electric tripped out 5. The washing machine was inoperable and gave one of the guests an electric shock twice. 6. The second bedroom is only suitable for children due to head height. 7. The barbecue was filthy and unusable. 8. No one responded to complaints despit calling owner, telephone number on the door and Home and Away
