“We loved our stay here at La Palmilla. Our daughter was so excited she kept telling us she didn’t want to sleep. It’s a beautiful property and felt like we weren’t in Texas. Loved that it was dog friendly, and the wide open space around was so relaxing. We also saw some deer roaming around. We met the owners and they were so kind. It's close to all of the Glen Rose spots and we would definitely return. ”

Some of the neighbors were a bit loud—blaring music well into the night—but they kept to themselves, and we hardly noticed them once we were indoors. “Stayed just one night. Very clean quiet and beds were very comfortable! The only issues we had were that the WiFi did not work and there were no coffee filters for the coffee maker. The no WiFi was not a big deal for us as we were not there very long and I bought coffee filters for the coffee maker so now that issue is solved. We enjoyed the tranquility of the property and the ease of the stay. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to others. ”
