This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even ...

Beautiful villa near Torre Ovo, 800 meters from the sea.
A modern house with all equipment you need. you can enjoy a privacy. Anna is a kind person and helped us a lot. Everything was perfect, we spent a wonderful time in Monacizzo. Nice beach is about 10 min by walk. Restaurants are 5 minutes by car.
