“The view from our room was magnificent, the smell of the ocean breeze was the cherry on top. I didn't eat a lot on the property, however, the south caicos rolls were delicious, drinks were awesome, right amount of alcohol, the property is well maintained. The staff was amazing. Coraline is such a sweet and gentle soul. I really enjoyed my stay :)”

“Well I had to wait almost 2 extra hours upon check in because I didn’t receive the correct room I booked. The receptionist stated because I booked via 3rd party which made absolutely no sense. Stated for my troubles she was going to have some of my money compensated back & was trying to contact Expedia but I see that didn’t happen. Upon going to new room, a leak from the air conditioner was constantly dripping to where it was puddles. Did not receive linen, had to ask both days. The pics on……

“The room and also the hotel premises were super clean and pristine! I absolutely love, love that! We had breakfast at the Daily Market everyday, more than enough food and so good. Ate a few days for lunch and it was good. If you’re looking for a resort that provides superb customer service and attention to detail, this is it! There’s a short walk to the beach where you can get chairs and umbrellas for a small daily fee. Less crowded beach area and very calm and clear water. We can’t wait to……

“Yes it was not a 5-star property, however, more could have been done to ensure a better experience. The corridors were wet and constantly in need of sweeping. The bathroom was not attractive - grout shouldn’t be brown, so it looks like it may be not clean. Faucet too short, and caused difficulty when being used. Bathroom fan shouldn’t turn on, for every time the light is turned on. Too much shrubbery invited too many lizards, which made it difficult to walk without fear. Staff didn’t……

“I felt that I should have been compensated for the elevator being out of order for the week. I was using a cane so a challenge every day for the steps.”

“The penthouse was perfect for our family vacation with two small children. Housekeeping came every day and worked around the little one’s nap schedules. We loved that it was a small resort, quiet and peaceful. There is construction of a St. Regis next door that is noisy from 8-5 and produces a lot of dust. We were on the beach or out and about during those hours so it didn’t bother us. Quiet enough inside for the girls to nap. Only other thing that might bother someone is that only one of the……
