We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Nice room and beautiful premise”

“Couldn't get into the place and got no response from the owner. Had to go and stay in another hotel for the night. Lost my money, but if the other reviews about it being dirty and mouldy are correct then perhaps that wasn't such a bad thing.”

“Wonderful place to stay for a truly amazing experience! The owners went above and beyond to help us and make sure we had a truly amazing time.”

“A lovely spot to stay in, close to the old centre of Ravenna (10 minutes on foot). The staff were relaxed and welcoming (in various languages). The whole place was calm and quiet, with great breakfasts. I also enjoyed the fact that although a hotel, it didn't look or fell like one.”

“We loved our stay at Casa Masoli. The location is great. The nearby parking garage was easy and convenient. The room was large and had loads of character, as did the entire property. The hostess is a very nice and helpful person. The breakfast was fabulous. The room was quiet and comfortable. In short, we would return without hesitation!”

“Molto comodo il check in anche senza reception, tutto perfetto e facile. Proprietario estremamente disponibile, ottima pulizia. Molto apprezzato l’angolo della colazione. L’appartamento ristrutturato molto ampio e accogliente. Tutto bene”

“1. Breakfast maybe include something hot like eggs. 2. Offer fresh towels at least every other day. 3. The bed was to hard made your body ache especially the lower back. The owner was so helpful and kind Thank you Evon abd all staff!”

“Esperienza positiva. Stanza pulitissima e struttura niova”

“Smukt, moderniseret hus. Ejerne utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme. God seng. Parkering i lukket gårdhave. Dejlig hund. Skøn restaurant 1 km væk. God kaffe til morgenmaden. Absolut at anbefale!”

“Struttura positiva in tutto e per tutto . Maia e Alberto ( titolari ) bravissime persone e gran lavoratori . Accoglienza impeccabile ! Suite pulita , comoda . Non è molto grande ma ogni spazio è stato curato bene e una famiglia come noi in 4 siamo stati bene . Piscina top , curata nel minimo dettaglio . Sicuramente torneremo , ci siamo trovati molto bene ! Posto perfetto per chi vuole relax e staccare la spina per qualche giorno .”

“We liked our stay. Mostly. We rented a room in this large house, don’t think the living room is part of your room. The room was pretty spacious. Clean, for the most part. Bathroom was spacious too however very outdated. Could use a paint job etc. owners dogs barking at random times. They are so cute so I’m not mad at them. The doors are very thin I suppose because I can hear every door closing and opening. Can hear conversations late at night. But overall, good stay. Very close to the……
