We had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent. and definitely a place to return to. The beach was good and only hampered by the seaweed, not the fault of the resort The resort was pleasantly tucked inside a gated community, and so there was no noise from street traffic. There were very nice shops at the very short walk to Dolphin Island Marina. We also went on excursions to the Mayan ruins and the Cenotes, each were full days with lots of travel time.

Muy bien! La comida rica no hay mucha variedad pero lo q hay tiene buen sazón. Anything you needed to know most of the staff no matter where you went had info to help you out. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. The services were on point. Excursions were amazing thanks to the great tour guides. The beach and the beach near by was clean and beautiful. Family friendly. My room was newly renovated and modern it was a beautiful room with a great view. Close to activities outside the ressort. It’s on a gated community so you feel very safe going around. I came here as a solo traveler and didn’t feel lonely at all. 10/10 for me.

Buffet was terrible every day lunch and dinner they served same food and it was cold and no taste also. Restaurants also fully booked we even couldn’t eat there but we talked with agent 3 times and our last two days they did reservations for us finally and it was even not good no options took them forever to bring the food and so basic.We couldn’t swim in the ocean because there was a lot of rocks they should clean that. I am so disappointed in this vacation I wont choose this hotel ever.

My only criticism would be that all the restaurants had been booked up the entire week we were there from the moment we got there, leaving the only option as the buffet. The pools also closed oddly early even for a family friendly resort. The staff were excellent though! Enjoyed our stay regardless!

The rooms are a bit outdated and somewhat worn in places, but they were cleaned well every day. Staff was friendly, though sometimes they forgot to replace the bottled water. Overall, still a pleasant stay with a nice atmosphere.

The hotel was nice and staff very helpful; however, the room was very dated, the A/C barely functional would not cool room under 27 degrees(C) and the smell from the ocean was horrible. Smelled like sewer and could not swim in the ocean side. The smell was very unpleasant.
