“Excellent resort very well kept, staff is very polite and attentive to your needs, wether you are coming with family or as a couple it has plenty of amenities and activities for your stay. The only downside for me was the beach area, I prefer the waves and true feeling of an ocean this area is more secluded.”

“He estado en mas de 7 hotels de Mexico, y nunca he dejado ningun review negativo. En este caso lo hago porque realmente espero que ayude a mejorar. El hotel en cualquier momento colapsa por falta de mantenimiento, los cojnes de la piscina descocidos, sucios, una cucaracha inmensa en la habitacion, el shower con salideros, los pisos sucios, nunca hubo un recibimiento como en otros lugares, la mayoria de los restaurantes cerrados Excepto la humildad de meseros y meseras no tengo nada que rescatar,……

“This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'……

“Everything was clean and beautiful grounds! The only thing I would improve would be food choices. But honestly, you get what you pay for and it’s a great value. I have never seen people work harder on groundskeeping in my life.”

“Incredible staff, but Preferred Suite and pool are severely neglected.
We were incredibly disappointed with our Preferred Suite, especially paying premium rates. The room requires a massive update and deep clean. The fan and AC vent made a frustrating amount of noise, the ceiling was noticeably cracked, the hanging light fixture was rusted and corroded, the furniture was chipped and beaten up, and the bathroom door was covered in filthy streaks with rusted hinges.
