“Staffs are friendly and very helpful!”

“Great hotel right off the toll road. Ashley was the front desk attendant when we checked in. We went to the room and realized we had booked a smaller room than we thought. We thought we had booked a suite with a separate bedroom. I went down to speak with Ashley about my mistake, and she politely upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge. Incredibly nice hotel. The lobby, rooms, and exterior were well maintained and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Springfield……

“No problems from check in to Check. The only thing was when I made the reservation a month earlier. I asked if the pool was heated and the representative said yes and told me the hours of operation. When got there on Wednesday the night time at the pool the Air was warm andthe water felt like a sauna. However Thursday when I actually got in the pool the air in the room and pool Temp was cold. So I called the front Desk and asked why it wasn't heated and the pool water was cold. The female……

“Paris nailed this location. Very clean, inviting, fun, energetic. So much better than my last hotel at the same cost. I don't want to leave! Honestly not a bad thing to say about this place. It's aTuesday and it's booked. Short of magical, it's definitely worth the stay ✨️ wish i could add my pics to show you. 5+++ rating”
