「Nice new hotel. The security guard at main entrance was very friendly with warm greetings every time we went back to hotel. The room was upgraded to sea view room and with enjoyable view. The hotel is within walkable distance to downtown, but we didn’t want to, and it would dry out our energy during sunshine at 35 degree. It’s just easy to get Grab and around RM6-8 to main tourist area. It’s enjoyable to have sun bath and swim at pool in late afternoon. 」

「訂了3晚，在第一晚入住時就聞到煙味，甚至在半夜4點左右時因有房客抽菸而警響大作，5點又再次警響一次，嚴重影響睡眠！下次不會再考慮住這了。」

「我房间里面有蛮多设施有点坏了。客厅电视开不了。厕所里的灯坏了。放厕纸还有浴巾的架子也坏了。走廊的厨也坏了一边。」

「Dishonest hotel - it's our fault for accidentally leaving money (in red packet for CNY) in the room, but it is really disappointing that the staff denied everything without further investigation. We are 100% sure that we left the red packet in the room, our Malaysian friend helped to call multiple times, however the reception claimed that they did not find anything in the room which is totally nonsense. Please consider twice if you wish to stay in the hotel with such dishonest behavior.」

「整體酒店設計很有葡國風味。房外景觀很好，雞場街返在只呎。泳池在頂樓很夠長，但沒有更衣貯物櫃。早餐一般。」

「一進飯店即提供飲品及冰毛巾．旅館早餐的菜色很多，遠遠超過預期。要離開時，櫃台人員協助叫了一台大的計程車，到馬六甲客運總站的車資預先告知為15馬幣 ，服務很好。下次再到馬六甲，會再住這家旅館。」

「地點非常好，馬六甲的景點基本上都步行可至。 推薦選擇面向河景的房間，非常舒適的住宿體驗，可每日望向美麗的河景及古城，晚上河對岸的餐廳會有live show，不過關上露台玻璃門後基本上不會有影響。惟一是浴室內只有固定花灑，水温也不穩定，而且水很容易流出浴室外。 不過整體而言，這家酒店值得推介。」

「Staffs were polite and helpul. Breakfast selection very limited. No aircon along corridor, so will be a little bit warm. Furnitures are old, sofa cushion with a lot of stains. However, the room aircon is very quiet. 」
