"We were disappointed with our stay. I had emailed about a birthday and was told there would be a surprise, but nothing was prepared. After asking multiple staff, we eventually received some balloons. From what I’d seen online, rooms were decorated with banners, balloons and toys, so this was quite underwhelming. We were also told something would be set up in our room while we were out, but this didn’t happen. The room view also wasn’t as advertised."

"room clean but needing some upkeep, ceiling in room wet from condensation from aircon, the outdoor cabana was dirty and the overhead sunscreen was dirty and could not open for sunshine"

"First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast. "
