“The room is old and not very clean. The towels have some yellow dots. The price is good but I will not have another try next time.”

“The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.”

“This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. “we choose the valley view villa. it is a perfect villa and not enough to stay 2 nights. The views are very beautiful. We see the galaxy at night, it is so beautifu. If you love bird and rainforest. it is a good place for you. You would never disappointed.”
