"Our overall stay was very pleasant. Raul is a responsive host and communication was very good. Some items within the villa need attention: the lighting in the master bathroom is dark. Showers could be remodeled to an open concept. Some ceiling fans could be replaced. Some screens need repair, some with open holes and not secured to the base. The kitchen could use a counter top and cabinet remodel."

Fortunately an excellent facility administrator was able to assist and contacted a different apartment manager. So we did have a place at this complex which was very nice. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of."
