「The property was very clean and welcoming. The decorations were very elegant with a touch of Halloween accents without feeling overdone or cheesy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with needed morning accessories. It was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed how frequently the hosts checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend. 」

Property Manager was very helpful upon check-in.Note that parking is problematic. Limit of 2 hr free street parking M thru F from 8 am to 6 pm for visitors. A good location to stay if you don't have a car.」

「Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location...
