“First, I would like to thank the owner for allowing my family to stay at the property during our trip to Boston. The home has potential, and the appliances were modern and very nice.Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet our expectations based on the listing. The exterior yard and deck area were dirty and unkempt, with trash, old liquor bottles, and even gum stuck to the patio table. The outdoor furniture was dirty and partially broken, making the space unusable for our family……

About a 9minutes walk to Porter Sqr you can get easily to downtown Boston and its famous Freedom Trail. Supermarkets is about 7 minutes walking. Will definitely book this property again.”

“Solid 4.5 stars. Very kind host and great location near a great restaurant (Njord Haven) and a solid bar (Dockside Bar) . Would give it 5 stars but have to be honest. The shower left a lot to be desired. The hot water is very finnicky. My wife accidentally sprayed scalding hot water on her head but if you turn the handle just 1/16th of a turn the water goes lukewarm to below lukewarm.
